SHIPPING

Shipping Rates
We currently ship Australia-wide. We offer free standard shipping from AUD $90. For orders under A$90, a flat rate of A$10 is applicable. If you opt for express shipping, express shipping rates will apply. If the parcel can be locally delivered by us, no shipping rates will apply. 


Order Processing & Dispatch
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday. Orders are locally delivered or shipped via Courier/Australia Post.


Delivery Timeframes (Australia Only)
Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 3–5 business days from dispatch. Please note there may be delays during sale periods, peak times or unforeseen carrier delays. 


Weekends & Public Holidays
We do not fulfil or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.


Pricing & GST

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.


RETURNS

Change of Mind – 30 Day Returns
We gladly offer a 30-day change of mind return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return if you have simply changed your mind.

For change-of-mind returns:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods once they are in transit with the carrier. Pancha Beauty will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure. For this reason, we strongly recommend choosing an insured and trackable postage option at checkout.


Eligibility for Change of Mind Return
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unopened, unused and unworn
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return
To request a return, please email us at info@panchabeauty.com and include:

  • Your Order Number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Your reason for return
  • An item photo 

If your return is accepted, we will reply with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Defective & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible at info@panchabeauty.com if:

  • Your item is defective, or
  • You received the wrong item

We’ll assess the issue and work with you to replace or refund your item. Exchanges for other items or store credit cannot be facilitated at this time. 

For approved faulty or incorrect items, we will cover the cost of return postage and may provide a prepaid return label or an alternative solution.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and it still has not come through, please contact us at info@panchabeauty.com.


Items Excluded from Change of Mind Returns
We’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

This exclusion is not applicable on damaged or incorrect items.
