SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Rates
We currently ship Australia-wide. We offer free standard shipping from AUD $100. For orders under A$100, a flat rate of A$12 is applicable. If you opt for express shipping, express shipping rates will apply. If the parcel can be locally delivered by us, no shipping rates will apply. 

Order Processing & Dispatch
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays i.e. Monday to Friday. Orders are locally delivered or shipped via Courier/Australia Post.

Delivery Timeframes (Australia Only)
Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 3–5 business days from dispatch. Please note there may be delays during sale periods, peak times or unforeseen carrier delays. 

Weekends & Public Holidays
We do not fulfil or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these times will be shipped on the next business day.

All prices quoted on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
